IR in Plastics Welding

For plastic parts, Infrared technology is effective for plastic welding applications. It often serves as a replacement technology for older hot-plate and vibration welding techniques. Using controlled infrared heat source, and efficiently controlling temperature and duration, greater process control can be achieved in the production of plastic assemblies.
