Economical and powerful heaters

Heraeus NIR lamps produce heat in the same way that a light bulb produces light. Featuring standard heater configuration designs, they can be easily interchanged. Equipped with the original Heraeus gold reflector, the heaters operate at a significantly higher efficiency than conventional lamps.

Heraeus NIR Heaters with Gold Reflector

Without reflector, heaters radiate 50% of the infrared radiation to the rear and 50% forward. Consequently, only 50% of the potential radiation is available to heat a surface. With white reflectors about 72% is available. With the Heraeus Gold reflector 95% of the available radiation is directed at the workpiece surface.
